Registration is open now through December 31st for the Spring 2026 Season. Registration is $250: $205 will cover the Milford Youth Lacrosse Registration and $45 will go toward registration with the league (Mass Youth Lacrosse) to cover the required player insurance. A late fee of $25 will be applied to all registrations after December 31st, 2025.
